Re-branding project for the Melbourne Gay and Lesbian Youth Chorus. The chorus aims to provide young people aged between 16 and 29 with a welcoming, inclusive, loving and supportive environment in which to develop their singing skills. They advocate by being visible and perform to change prejudice.

‘Shout’ needed a logo that had a more inclusive language. Gender diversity, intersex variation and the vast array of sexualities were not recognised in the previous name of the chorus so therefore it was important for the name of the youth chorus to evolve.

The brief was to create a logo as well as branding collateral that represented the loud and firm, unapologetic assertion of its existence as well as represent the values of the choir.
